This Lady is a Gem. Brilliant personality, immediately putting you at ease. I presented with a very severe infection that had been affecting me for several years. My GP diligently tried everything he could and then suggested the private route as I am still waiting for my NHS appointment 5 months later..!! which is what he suspected would happen. My first visit to Dr. Ranasinghe at BMI Bury St, Edmunds was brilliant. She was enthusiastic and knowledgeable and I left feeling very hopeful. Second visit, following improvement , she adjusted my medication which pretty much fixed everything. Third and as yet, final visit to confirm everything and determine a simple path for the future. I hope I never have to see her again... from a medical point of view and yet feel that if I do, then it will be like visiting a good friend... Aruni, Thank you again. XXX

This Doctor is marvellous. She has treated my skin condition with great skill and knowledge . Her operations have been meticulous and carried out very carefully and successfully. I feel she listens to my concerns and will go to great lengths to solve them. She is very helpful and will try any treatment that may assist me. She is up to date on current medical knowledge. I am so grateful to be her patient and consider the NHS lucky to have her.

Dr Ranasigne instantly prescribed treats which finally got my condition under control which my pleasant GP had struggled to do. Whenever I have seen her she has always listened to me 100% and I have never felt rushed by her. I would strongly recommend her. Thank you Dr Ranasinghe!

This doctor represents the best of the NHS. She explained what was happening and performed my facial biopsy perfectly. I am not a good patient (a big scaredy cat) she was so caring, as was the nurse who held my hand throughout, I hope she has recovered from my vice like grip. I cannot think of any thing to improve the excellent care that I have received from all your staff. Many many thanks to you all.
